Privacy notice on the handling of your request (Articles 13-14 GDPR)

The data you enter in this form (name, contact details and the content of the request) are processed by VAM Investments Group S.p.a., as controller, for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your request to exercise your rights (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The data are processed internally by the privacy contacts and may be disclosed externally to privacy consultants or to an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) for assistance in handling the request. They are kept for as long as necessary for that purpose and to comply with legal obligations (up to a maximum of 10 years). Data not needed for evidence purposes that may have been used to identify you or handle the request (for example a copy of identity documents and the data subject's telephone number) are deleted once the request has been dealt with. In order to follow up on the request we may need to ask you to verify your identity. You can contact VAM Investments Group S.p.a. for any information and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (Art. 77 GDPR).
